Terms of Use (EULA) — Cadence

These terms govern your use of the Cadence app, operated by Wolf Technologies Ltd. By using Cadence you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cadence provides an AI-generated morning briefing and assistant that draws on your calendar, Apple Health data and, if connected, open-banking account information. Cadence is a planning aid. It is not medical advice, financial advice, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or financial decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent.

3. Subscription — Cadence Pro

• Cadence Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Where offered, new subscribers receive an introductory free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial without charge.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• AI features (briefings, chat, spoken audio) are subject to fair-use daily limits to keep the service sustainable. Current limits are shown in the app.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use the AI assistant to generate unlawful content.

5. Open banking

Bank connections are provided via Token.io under PSD2. Balances and transactions shown in Cadence are informational snapshots and may lag your bank's records. Cadence's recurring-payment detection is heuristic and may miss or misclassify payments — verify against your bank before acting.

6. Disclaimers

Cadence is provided "as is". AI-generated content can be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Technologies Ltd disclaims all warranties and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on briefings or assistant replies.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be signposted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
